Edit Assignment - Modification History

On the Assignment Summary page, the Modification History section reflects all changes to due dates and titles, including the before and after values. Previously, the Modification History section was not available for standard learning assignments, but the Modification History section has been added to the Assignment Summary page for standard assignments with this release.

Access the Assignment Summary page for a learning assignment, go to ADMIN > TOOLS > LEARNING > LEARNING ASSIGNMENT TOOL and click on the title of the learning assignment for which you want to view the Modification History section.

Assignment Tool - Standard and Dynamic

Grants ability to create Standard (one-time) and Dynamic (continuous) Learning Assignments to directly assign training to users. This permission can be constrained by OU, Provider, Training Item, Training Type, User, User Self and Subordinates, and User's OU. If this permission is constrained by Location, Provider, Training Type, or Training Item, then they can only assign training within the constraints. If this permission is constrained by OU, User, User Self and Subordinates, or User's OU, then they can only assign to and view assignments created by users within the constraints. This is an administrator permission.

Assignment Tool - Standard

Modification History

The Modification History section displays at the bottom of the Assignment Summary page. If no edits have been made to the assignment, "0 Modifications" displays in this section. If edits have been made to the assignment, the Modification History section displays the edits that were made to the assignment title or assignment due date options, including the before and after values.
