Content Skills Tagging - Bulk View the Training Capabilities Report

When Content Skills Tagging is enabled in a portal, the Training Capabilities Report is available in Reporting 2.0.

New Fields

The following new fields have been added to the Training > Training Capabilities section in Reporting 2.0:

Status

This field displays the status of the training capability relationship. Possible outputs include:

  • Admin Tagged
  • Auto Tagged
  • Suggested
  • Rejected

Note: Suggested and Rejected training capability relationships are not considered tagged and will not appear for the learner. Suggested and Rejected training capability relationships are visible to administrators only.

ML Detection Strength

This field displays the ML detection strength of the machine learning detection. Possible outputs include:

  • Strong (strong matches are stored as Auto Tagged)
  • Weak (weak matches are stored as Suggested)

This field displays the source of the training capability relationship. Possible values include:

  • Machine Learning
  • Edge Import
  • Single LO UI
  • Bulk LO UI
  • Legacy Skills Migration

Created By - User Full Name This field displays the full name of the user who performed the tagging. Text
Created By - User ID This field displays the User ID of the user who performed the tagging. Text
Created On - Date/Time This field displays the date and time that the tagging was performed. Date
Modified By - User Full Name This field displays the full name of the user who modified the tagging. Text
Modified By - User ID This field displays the User ID of the user who modified the tagging. Text
Modified On - Date/Time This field displays the date and time the tagging was modified. Date
