vILT Connector - Configure Integration Options at Provider Level

With the October 2020 release, the vILT Connector was enhanced to support the automatic cancellation of sessions. With the February 2021 release, the vILT Connector was enhanced to support extended options. However, it was necessary to create a work order in order to enable these enhancements.

With this enhancement, organizations can now autonomously enable the automatic cancellation of sessions and extended options at the vendor/provider level in the learning management system (LMS).

Important: The vILT provider or partner must have made the necessary configurations on their side to consume these services prior to the administrator enabling these options in the learning management system.

Considerations

The automatic cancellation of sessions and extended options must be supported by the integration partner in order to be used with that integration.

Implementation

This functionality is automatically available in all portals using the Learning module.

Permissions

The following existing permissions apply to this functionality:
