Reporting Fields – Total Compensation (Employee Compensation)

Note: This functionality is available on 13 April 2021.

With this enhancement, the following new Total Compensation - Employee Compensation fields are added to Reporting 2.0:

  • Record Amount – The amount on the Employee Compensation Record. The section is Employee Compensation. The field type is numeric. This field is found on the Employee Compensation page.
  • Annualized Record Amount – Allows all Employee Compensation Records, regardless of the frequency defined in their wage type, to be normalized to an annual amount so they can be compared against each other. This figure is the Annual Equivalency amount multiplied by the Record Amount. The section is Employee Compensation. The field type is numeric. This field is found on the Employee Compensation page.
  • Compensation Type – The type of compensation. Options are Salary/Rate or Custom. The field type is text. This field is found on the Employee Compensation page.
