ILT Preferences - Submit Session Roster Before End Time

With this enhancement, a new preference, Allow to submit roster after start time of the last part of the session, is added to the Corporate Settings section in ILT Preferences to enable administrators to submit the roster prior to the end of the session once the last session part has started.

Note: The setting is only visible at the top Division organizational unit level in ILT Preferences.

To access ILT Preferences, go to Admin > Tools > Learning > Learning Preferences > ILT Preferences.

Allow to submit roster after start time of the last part of the session

The Allow to submit roster after start time of the last part of the session option allows the roster to be submitted at the start of the last part of the session. When this option is checked in ILT Preferences, the Submit Roster button appears on the Attendance and Scoring tab of the session after the start time of the last part of the session.

This option is unchecked by default. If this option is not checked, users cannot submit the roster until after the last session part ends.
