Prior to this enhancement, the session roster could not be submitted until the last part of the session had concluded. This caused delays in submitting the roster in instances where the session concluded before the scheduled end time. Consequently, users who attended the session could not reach a Completed status immediately after the session effectively ended.
With this enhancement, a new preference is added to the Corporate Settings section in ILT Preferences to enable administrators to submit the roster prior to the end of the session once the last session part has started. This allows for more flexibility in managing the roster. In addition, this gives students time to complete post-work prior to leaving the classroom for sessions that end before the scheduled end time.

- Only traditional classroom sessions are supported with this enhancement (vILT sessions are excluded).
- Existing sessions created prior to this enhancement are supported.
- If the roster is submitted ahead of time (i.e., before the end time of the last session part), it does NOT affect the training hours granted to users marked Complete.
