Reporting Fields - Learning

Prior to this enhancement, Custom Reports search results were limited to the language of the report recipient/viewer.

With this enhancement, report search behavior is changed for Custom Reports, so that when a report filtered by Training Title is run, the results include titles from all available languages as long as they match the filter search criteria. This enhancement can also improve the stability and performance of Custom Reports during peak performance hours.

How Does this Enhancement Benefit My Organization?

When filtering a report by Training Title, Custom Report users are able to benefit from their global library and get results returned from all available languages in their portal, as long as they match the filter search criteria. This enhancement also provides overall improvement to system performance.
