Release Notes Updates for February '21 Release

The following changes have been made to the release notes since they were initially published:

In addition, an Include inactive trainings checkbox has been added to the filters that are available in the Training Title flyout in the Filters section of the Report Builder. When selected, inactive training items are included in the search results, and can be included in the report filter.

Updated the following consideration about versioning online courses: If the courses require versioning, the versioning process should be completed using portal functionality (Course Publisher or Content Uploader). The content file size supported by Edge Import is 2GB, which is more than the size supported by Course Publisher (250MB) and Content Uploader (750MB). When versioning or replacing a course of 2GB size created by Edge Import, the only option is to deactivate the old version and create new course using Edge Import.

This is an update to the versioning consideration communicated on Feb 5, 2021.

Added a note that effective 2 February 2021, queued reports that are generated through scheduling will go back to containing up to 200,000 rows. This is a change from the enhancement for the February '21 release that would allow queued reports generated through scheduling to contain up to 1,000,000 rows.

  • Added context around how to display filter criteria on the report header. The Display Filter Criteria option in the Report Properties panel must be toggled to On.
  • Effective 2 February 2021, Reporting 2.0 dashboard widgets will go back to displaying chart data for up to 200,000 rows in a report and will no longer display up to 1,00,000 rows.
  • Effective 2 February 2021, data exported through a Reporting 2.0 widget will go back to displaying up to 200,000 records instead of up to 1,000,000.
