Reporting Fields - Core/General

New fields are added to the User > Details section in Reporting 2.0.

Modified Date User > Details This field displays the date and time at which the most recent effective change was applied to a specific user record. Date/Time
User Profile Timezone User > Details This field displays the time zone that is selected in My Account > Preferences > Settings. If the user has not selected a specific time zone, this field value is null. This field does not provide the fallback portal or organizational unit (OU) default values. Text
Activation Start Date User > Details

This field displays the start date for a user's status. It is part of the activation period data set.

Note: Activation Start Date should not be used independently. It should always be considered in combination with Activation End Date, User Status, and status change audit data.

This field is not intended for use by organizations that use effective dating.

Implementation

This functionality is automatically enabled for all organizations using Reporting 2.0.
